We understand that plans can change. To help protect your travel investment and ensure a smooth experience, we recommend reviewing the following cancellation and travel policy carefully.
Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
To safeguard your trip, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurancebefore leaving home. Travel insurance can help protect you against unexpected events such as illness, delays, or cancellations. If you need assistance finding a provider, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.
Cancellation Terms
- More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fees (30% of the total package price).
- 20–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of total costs.
- 10–19 days before arrival: 40% refund of total costs.
- 1–9 days before arrival or No-Show: No refund. 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Special tours (non-refundable): Inca Trail to Machu Picchu 4D/3N and Short Inca Trail 2D/1N are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstance.
Itinerary Modifications
Please note that itinerary changes may occur due to unforeseen technical or environmental factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to rearrange the order of activities for safety, weather conditions, or to improve the overall experience — without eliminating any services unless absolutely necessary.

We advise travelers to disclose any physical or medical limitations before booking, so we can recommend the most suitable tours or treks.
